Stake Fast: In preparation for our stake conference on the 16th and 17th, the stake presidency has invited us to fast and pray on Sunday, May 3, asking for the Lord's guidance and blessings as we focus on strengthening our missionary efforts to love, share, and invite.
Stake Youth Choir Rehearsal: May 3 from 6:30 to 7:15 pm at the Beavercreek building.
Stake Choir Rehearsal: May 3 from 7:15 to 8 pm at the Beavercreek building.
Worldwide Devotional for Young Adults: Broadcast Sun, May 3 at 8 pm. Elder and Sister Stevenson will share a special message.
Stake Youth Barn Dance: Youth age 14 and up. Fri, May 8 from 6:30-8:30 pm at the Beavercreek building. Learn to perform traditional barn dancing and line dancing in preparation for Youth Pioneer Trek.
Stake Conference: May 16-17 at the Beavercreek building. The following two meetings will be held on Sat, May 16: Stake Priesthood Leadership meeting from 4-5:30 pm and the Adult meeting from 7-8:30 pm. The general session for all members in the stake will be Sun, May 17 from 10 am to 12 pm. Parking will be limited, so carpooling is encouraged.
Seminary Graduation: Sun, May 17 at 7 pm. Beavercreek building.
Bear Creek YSA Multi-Stake Conference: May 22-24 at Bear Creek Camp in Indiana. Check in starts Friday the 22nd at 5 pm. See flyer here.
Friend to Friend: May 24. A new Friend to Friend video will be released with messages from Elder Gerrit W. Gong.
Stake Youth Hiking Trip 2: May 30 from 7:30-11:00 am at Germantown Metro Park. All youth welcome! Youth attending trek must attend one of the two hikes (the first was on Apr 11).
Special Needs Activity: May 30 from 10 am -12 pm at the Beavercreek building. Talent show! See flyer for more info.
Stake Youth Pioneer Trek: Jun 10-13 at Salamonie Reservoir, Indiana. More info here. The stake would like to borrow some items needed for trek. If ward members have these items, please consider sharing.
2026 YSA Cities of Light Northeast Conference: For YSA (singles 18-35). Save the date for Sep 18-20. More information about this event here.

Ward Meeting Time for 2026: Sacrament meeting begins at 12 noon at our church building in Middletown, and 2nd hour meetings follow.
Healing through the Savior Support Meeting: Family and friends. Sundays 8-9 pm at the Beavercreek church building.
2026 Family Promise Training and Hosting: On Thursday and Friday evening once a quarter, our ward has the assignment to provide dinner, fellowship, and youth activities for families at Family Promise. Upcoming dates for 2026 are June 18 & 19 and Oct 22 & 23. ***** Family Promise holds a training session, usually on the first or second Saturday of each month, for those interested in helping in person. Family Search Center: The Family Search Center in Fairborn invites you to come to the center and see what's new, such as their new super 8 digitizer and vhs tPee digitizer. Got loads of pictures at your house? Come to the center and use their high speed scanner that scans 25 photos at a time back and front. New hours are Thurs. 10am to 7pm, Fri. 10am to 4pm, and Sat. 10am to 2pm.
Columbus Temple: At the rededication of the temple, President Ballard encouraged us to view temple attendance with urgency. Temples are a blessing to us, and we are encouraged to attend regularly or prepare so that we can attend. Schedule temple appointments online at the church website churchofjesuschrist.org/temples OR email or call the Columbus temple.
