Ward Elders Quorum Activity: Sat, Apr 12, 6 pm at the Howard's home. We're smoking some meats and talking about how to smoke meats.
Relief Society General Broadcast Birthday Celebration: Sun, Apr 13 at 7 pm. RS activity at Sarah Lunt's home. We will be watching a broadcast and enjoying cake!
Easter Sunday: On Apr 20. Due to the Easter holiday, church services will include Sacrament Meeting only.
BYU-I Fireside: Apr 23 at 7 pm, 8250 Cornell Road, Montgomery, OH. For youth 14-18, parents, leaders, and young single adults! Learn what prophets have taught about education and how you can prepare to receive those promised blessings. See flyer here.
Stake Youth Mini-MTC: Sat, Apr 26, 7:45 am - 1 pm at the Beavercreek building for youth turning 14+ in 2025. Youth will be taught in companionships by the full-time missionaries before heading out to teach a lesson. We will end the day with a report on lessons, take a group picture, and enjoy lunch. Ohio Spanish Devotional: Sat, May 3, 7-8:30 pm with temple and dinner opportunities beginning at 2 pm. All Spanish-speaking members of the Church in Ohio, along with their friends, are invited. Elder and Sister Held will be speaking in-person at the church building by the Columbus temple (388 Gateway Boulevard, Columbus, OH). From 2 to 5 pm, the temple has been reserved to have all ordinances in Spanish; register for the session of your choice here. Temple recommends are required. From 5:30 to 6:30 pm, everyone is invited to bring food to share. Broadcast will also be available on Zoom; see flyer here.
Pre-FSY: For youth. May 4, 7 pm at the Beavercreek building. Wear Sunday best and prepare for FSY through music, dance, and hearing from our youth about the 2025 Youth Theme, as well as breakout sessions to discuss personal FSY goals. Refreshments will be served at the end of the event.
Stake Blood Drive: Wed, May 7, 1:30-7:30 pm at the Beavercreek building. Details to be added soon.
Priesthood Commemoration Campout: Friday at 3 pm through Saturday, May 9-10 at 11 am. Fifty Springs Group Camp at Caesar Creek. For all men, young and old. Participants may arrive starting at 3 pm on Friday. Come for the evening or overnight. Each family should complete this survey so they will know how much food to prepare. More details here.
Multi-Stake YSA Conference: May 9-11 for young single adults in the stake. At Bear Creek Camp in Indiana from 5 pm Fri through 11 am Sun. Food, activities, service projects, Saturday night dance, Sunday testimony meeting. Attendance is free and gas cost can be reimbursed. Sign up link will be added soon.
Springboro Ward Lūʻau: Sat, May 10, 6-8 pm at our Middletown church building.
Stake Conference: May 17-18 at the Beavercreek building. Saturday sessions include a 4 pm leadership meeting and 7 pm adult session. On Sunday, the general session for all will be held at 10 am.
Seminary Graduation: May 18, 7 pm at the Beavercreek building.
DOES YW Camp: Jun 3-7 in Kirtland, Ohio. Schedule, packing list, and more details can be found at doesyouth.com.

FSY Conference (For Strength of Youth) registration: If your son or daughter is 14 or older (or will be in 2025) and is planning to attend an FSY conference in Summer of 2025 you can register now. Register here.
The webpage doesyouth.com/youth-activities-2025 includes a calendar showing all upcoming youth activities for this year. The main DOES youth website also has detailed information about youth activities, such as girls camp.
www.JustServe.org is a website where you can find service projects anywhere in the United States. Search for your town or zip code, click on how far away you want to serve (5-70 miles) and see what is needed around your interested area. This website was created by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints but it’s for everyone, young and old, neighbors and community!! The service opportunities are posted into the website by anyone who can sign in. The stake coordinator will approve it. Create a username and password so you can keep track of your hours and projects, favorite projects/organizations, and post opportunities in your area. Family Search Center: The Family Search Center in Fairborn is open on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 am to 8 pm, Fridays from 10 am to 5 pm, and Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm. Please call 937-878-9551 before coming to make sure they are staffed by volunteers. The address is 3060 Terry Dr, Fairborn, OH. Columbus Temple: At the rededication of the temple, President Ballard encouraged us to view temple attendance with urgency. Temples are a blessing to us, and we are encouraged to attend regularly or prepare so that we can attend. Schedule temple appointments online at the church website churchofjesuschrist.org/temples OR email or call the Columbus temple.

Family Promise Training: Family Promise holds a training session every month for those interested in helping in person -- usually the first Saturday of each month . Please sign up here (sign up genius link) We provide dinner, fellowship, and activities for the children and youth on Thursday and Friday of one week a quarter.
